How Everything Started
I never pictured myself as a permanent makeup artist. I was actually on track to attend Law School, crazy plot twist right? I took a microblading course to learn how it was done so I could do my own brows, but I soon learned I had a natural talent to microblade. I fell in love with permanent makeup and continued to learn as much as I possibly could and practiced with every spare second that I had.
I realized that permanent makeup was giving me the freedom and the life I had wanted to provide for my family.
I pivoted from Law and put my full focus into the beauty industry. This isn’t to say I wont ever pursue a law degree, but for right now, I love how being my own boss allows me to be in attendance to every single dance recital, school performance, soccer game, etc. and just be present for my children when they need me. Being there for my family is my #1 reason why I love this industry, but my close runner up is the moment after a reveal. I absolutely adore watching my clients light up with confidence in themselves. Helping and uplifting others is what I live for!
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities this industry has brought me.
However, this industry is not always easy, and I have hit a lot of bumps along the way. That is why I have created a learning environment for those who want to join this industry feel welcome and accepted and are provided with a safe space to learn, grow, and develop their skills with confidence and continuous support through myself and my amazing team we have built.
No matter where you are at in your life, sometimes a pivot is a breath of fresh air.
