The Booking Process

Please read through the policies as well as pre care and aftercare instructions before booking an appointment.
By booking you are agreeing to all policies
and confirming you have no previous work from another artist (if
you do, you have emailed and already received my consent to book) and none of the contraindications apply to you.

Policies

Please Read All Of The Following Before Booking

I understand life happens! Please keep that line of communication open with me so arrangements can be made as far in advance as possible to avoid any fees.
Please do not bring extra guests and please make child care arrangements in advance, as children are not able to come with to your appointment and will result in a reschedule and will incur a cancellation charge. (see cancellation policy below)

Previous Work

If you have previous work from another artist, you must email a picture of your current work
(brows, lips, liner, etc.) to peachesslc@gmail to be approved before booking. Pictures must be clear and in ample lighting. Must send a picture from the front and from each side.(Please allow 48 business hours for email response)

Yearly Color Boosts

Yearly Color Boosts are for existing Peaches SLC clients only. To book a color boost, please send a text or an email. The booking system will show no color boost appointments are available but I have pre reserved time slots for my returning clients.
If you have work from a previous artist, you are ineligible to book a yearly color boost appointment and would need to book as new work.
(Old work must be approved before booking)

Cancellations/Late

No-show appointments and appointments canceled OR changed within 48 hours of the
appointment time will result in a $100 charge to the card used to reserve the appointment.(This fee will not be applied to any future appointments.) If you arrive 15 minutes late, the appointment will be need to be rescheduled and it will be considered a last minute cancellation and the same charge will apply.

Missed Color Boost Appointment

Missed 6-week color boost appointments (or canceled or changed within 48 hours)result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

Preparing For Your Appointment

Here are a few things to remember to prep you before your appointment. Some items are over two weeks before your appointment, so please read threw thoroughly.

Brows

- NO waxing, tanning, or tinting 3 days before your appointment
- Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before
- NO caffeine the day of your appointment
- 72 hours prior to your appointment, no blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, Niacin, Asprin, or Vitamin E (unless medically necessary)
- Discontinue retinol use for 2 weeks before appointment.

Eyeliner

- NO eyelash extensions
- NO contacts during your appointment or 24 hours after
- Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before
- NO caffeine the day of your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment, no blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, Niacin, Asprin, or Vitamin E (unless medically necessary)
- Discontinue retinol use for 2 weeks before appointment.

Lip Blushing

- If you are prone to cold sores you must speak with your doctor to potentially receive medicine to lessen the chance of a cold sore from the lip blushing appointment.
- *Cold sores are likely to happen as a result of the appointment if you have had cold sores in the past.*
- Apply Aquaphor to your lips at night for the 3 nights leading up to your appointment.
- Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before
- Drink lots of water in the days leading up to your appointment to keep your lips hydrated.
- NO caffeine the day of your appointment
- 72 hours prior to your appointment, no blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, Niacin, Asprin, or Vitamin E (unless medically necessary)
- Discontinue retinol use for 2 weeks before appointment.

Scalp Micropigmentation

Full list of prep instructions will be emailed to you. Scalp Micropigmentation bookings are done throughemailing peachesslc@gmail.com

Who is not a candidate for any permanent comment procdure / contraindications?

Those with the following, are NOT a candidate for any permanent cosmetic procedure.
• High blood pressure or heart conditions
• Under 18 years old (need a guardians signature)
• On Accutane (must be off Accutane for 1 year)
• Taking prescription blood-thinners
• Diabetes (need doctors note if taking insulin)
• Pregnant or lactating (need doctors note)• Certain skin conditions e.g. rashes, blisters, psoriasis, or eczema (in the treatment area)• Taking steroids such as cortisone, Accutane, Retin-A or Renova• Allergy to any ingredients in the pigments
• Susceptibility to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Prone to hypertrophic scarring or keloids
• Spider veins or a birthmark in the area wanting to be treated
• Blood disorder e.g. sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, or a platelet disorder• Viral infections or diseases
• Compromised immune system
• Undergoing Chemo/Radiation
• Have had botox within the last 2 weeks
• Treatment area is sunburned
